Introducing our “Go the Distance” Challenge

Are you ready to make a positive impact this winter? We're excited to announce our new movement challenge in honor of World Down Syndrome Day! 💙💛

From now until March 21st, we encourage individuals of all abilities to participate by engaging in physical activities that promote health and wellness while helping spread awareness about Down syndrome.

Joining is simple. You sign up, set a goal for how many miles you’d like to be active, then start logging your activity! Healthy activity looks different for everyone, and you can move YOUR way, whether that’s walking, running, playing sports, stretching, yoga, dancing, playing outside, or more – it all counts! 

Along the way, you can collect pledges and donations from family and friends who’ll want to cheer you on! The funds we raise together will go towards advocacy, resources, and events that benefit individuals with Down syndrome and their families in our community.

Get started by signing up at Support 321 Miles for DSANV | PledgeIt for Charities. You’ll have the option to fundraise on your own or you can join or create a team with your friends and family!
