DSANV

Members of DSANV are encouraged to apply for our DSANV scholarships, camperships and durable medical goods programs. The 2010 applications were mailed to all members in the Spring and are attached here for your convenience. 

Scholarships:

• Conferences. Maximum funding is $500 per conference. Dollar amount allocated will be based on the discretion of the Scholarship Committee. Ongoing until the budget is depleted for the year. First come, first serve basis.

Andrew Fay Campership/Recreation Fund:

• Fund established in honor of our past president, Andrew Fay, in recognition of his dedication to DSANV. This was established to help individuals with Down syndrome in financial need attend a camp.
• Maximum funding is $750 per individual with Down syndrome. The deadline for application submission is April 30, 2010 or until funds are depleted.

Durable Medical Goods Fund:

• Fund established to assist individuals with Down syndrome to purchase durable medical related goods. Financial need must be demonstrated to be eligible for funding.
• Maximum funding is $1,000 per individual with Down syndrome. This fund is first come, first serve basis until the budget is depleted.
